First week in December
All approved applicants from the November deadline are notified by mail of the status of their application to Scholarship Foundation.
Mid-December
Renewal applications are mailed to approved students at their permanent home address.
Award checks are distributed to new approved students at New Student Orientation.
January
Applications will be available for the 2007-08 academic year.
Annual Repayment Packets mailed to students in repayment
Exit Interviews held for fall graduates
April
DEADLINE is April 15 for fall 2007 and spring 2008 funding.
This is the only chance to apply for fall funding.
May
Financial Aid Award letters due by May 15.
Loan awards cannot be determined without financial aid award information from college or university.
June
Decision letters mailed to all applicants
July
Renewal students receive fall loan disbursement by mail
Spring 2007 grade reports due from students in deferment and those receiving renewed funding.
This does not include new students who have not received loan awards yet
New Student Orientation
New students awarded for the first time are invited to The Foundation to receive first loan award
August
Applications available for spring 2008 funding consideration
September
Student Advocates Program accepts new applications
November
DEADLINE is November 15 for spring 2008 funding
Renewal students who did not complete the application by April 15 may submit updated or missing information in order to be considered for spring 2008 funding.
