WORKSHOPS are held in the conference room at The Scholarship Foundation of St. Louis, 8215 Clayton Rd., St. Louis, MO 63117.

A FAFSA Overview will be presented on Jan 14, 2012 @ 2PM
 
FAFSA Completion Clinics will be conducted on the following dates and times:
  • Saturday, February 11th @ 10am-1pm
  • Saturday, February 18th @ 10am-1pm
  • Saturday, February 25th @ 10am-1pm
Financial Aid Award Letter Workshops will be held on the following dates:
  • Wednesday, March 14th @ 7PM
  • Saturday, March 31st @ 2PM
  • Wednesday, April 25th @ 7PM
Walk-in clinics for the completion of the Scholarship Foundation Interest-Free loan application will be held on the following dates:
  • Wed-Fri, April 11th, 12th, 13th 8:30-4:30
  • Saturday, April 14th 10-2

The online application will be available at 12:01 AM on Monday, January 2, 2012. The application deadline is April 16, 2012 at 11:59 PM.

 
OTHER IMPORTANT DATES TO KNOW...

January
Applications will be available for the upcoming academic year.

Annual Repayment Packets mailed to students in repayment.

Exit Interviews held for fall graduates.

 
April
APPLICATION DEADLINE - April 16TH. Funds for fall 2012 and spring 2013 semesters.
 
May
New Loan Recipients: Financial Aid Award letters due by May 15.
Loan awards cannot be determined without complete financial aid award information from your college or university.

June

All applicants from the April deadline are notified by mail of the status of their application.
 
July
Renewal students must submit an official academic transcript including spring grades and financial aid award letter for the upcoming year to receive fall loan disbursement by mail.
 
Students with in-school deferrment must send an academic transcipt by the 15th.
 
New Student Orientation - First time loan recipients are invited to The Scholarship Foundation to attend orientation and recieve their award.
 
August
Applications available for spring 2013 funding consideration.
 
September
Student Advocate Program accepts new applications.
 
November
APPLICATION DEADLINE - November 15 -for spring funding only.
Renewal students who did not complete the application by April 15 may submit updated or missing information in order to be considered for spring funding.

December

First week in December
All applicants from the November deadline are notified by mail of the status of their application to Scholarship Foundation.
 
Mid-to-late December
Renewal applications are mailed to students currently receiving funding. These are mailed to their permanent home address.
 
New Student Orientation - First time loan recipients are invited to The Scholarship Foundation to attend orientation and recieve their award.
