The Foundation’s Manager of Advocacy and Policy Research Karissa Anderson, and Policy Intern Karina Arango traveled to Cape Girardeau today to testify before the Coordinating Board for Higher Education about Missouri’s financial aid programs: Access Missouri and Bright Flight. The Coordinating Board for Higher Education is charged with creating the strategic plan for the Missouri Department of Higher Education. Both Karissa and Karina testified before the board in December 2014, and were asked to testify again by the board’s co-chair. See below to read their testimonies.
