The Scholarship Foundation has joined 76 signatories to support an amicus brief on supporting Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) and Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents (DAPA).

The United States v. Texas Supreme Court Amicus Brief: Educators and Children’s Advocates is the second amicus brief signed by the Foundation to support the executive orders on DACA and DAPA implementation. Locally, the Foundation advocates for tuition equity and access to financial aid with and on behalf of DACA students.
